Being a new employee in an organisation contacting HR about the leave, queries can be very intimidating and tough at some stage, this CUI is a working model for an hospital which expedited a huge amount on support calls that mostly receives help on HR queries.

The idea was to have a smart onboarding flow with a chatbot and you not only have a real conversation, but also provides a predefined set of questions and answers that is related to your previous queries for users to choose in order to achieve the desired goal.This type of UI can make the whole process streamlined and focused and with a human touch.
