Operation Controller of Healthcare

Problem Statement :
Design a view for Operation Controller to get incoming consultation request & route them to least loaded Doctor suited for the case. have Designed a view for Operation Controller to get incoming consultation request & route them to least loaded Doctor suited for the case.
User Goals :
As a user I get lots of consultation requests every
day. Which I have to route to existing least loaded
doctors with right speciality. To offer better
experience I need to be quick and efficient for
closing existing consultation request.
Persona of Operation Controller :
Routine
Amar’s days start with early morning with gym and
closes very late at night. He works at Care Route Inc. as Operation Controller. Where his primary job responsibility is to route patient consultation to right doctors. His job demands him to be discipline & alert.
Goals :
Need to assign consultation request as quick as
possible to suitable doctors who are relatively
free.
Frustation :
• He got daily 1000 consultation request.
• He need to assign this consultation request to
suitable doctors as quick as
possible.
• System demands his continuous attention so he
feels restricted to do his
task like going for coffee.
• Also check the doctors workload status
continuously.
Consultation Request Come from another App.
What problem I have solved?
Previous if the consultation request come ops controller read the request and 200 Doctors available in the system he can check is schedule and workload and then he can assign the doctor. It's very time consuming and difficult Task for Ops controller to check each doctor workloads.
• I designed mobile view so the ops controller carry
the device any where before he is restricted to
seat on desk.
• If the request came in the system artificial
intelligence read
the request and shows the suitable doctors
automatically consultation assigning is happen
within 2 taps
Now a days Tele-consultation become an important Part.
The operation controller got consultation 20 request per minute. We can easily designed on Web and iPad app because lot more space available. But the main problem is the operation controller is restricted to do other activities I have designed it for Mobile.
