Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3-16

Finally getting back to focus on some personal work.

I was lucky enough to own one of these cars during my late teens and early 20s. It's place in history can't be ignored, it is the reason the M3 and M Series of BMWs exists, it is the reason AMG exists. Not only does it have historical significance but, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful cars ever built.

With this piece I wanted to create an homage to the car I had so much fun flying around in as a teenager, doing 130+ on the 101 here in LA.

Thinking about tackling it's nemesis the E30 M3 for my next project, maybe make a series out of these...
