Clarity KYC Cases

The Cases page provides a list of the users' previously created and ongoing cases. The color coded column for Touch Time dynamically updates, allowing the user to easily see the duration of the case in relation to expected completion time. Columns for Status, search results status, and case type allow for additional at-a-glance insight.

A robust filtering system allows users to narrow down an archive of potentially thousands of cases based on virtually any piece of data included in the case.
