CRM Inbox UI Design

The challenge was to create an interface for company executives who are actual user's of this CRM solution.

The important number of Calls, Tasks, Messages, Voice mails etc was needed to be presented in a way that it should carry most of the visual weight of the page. Because it was meant to be used on a big screen where executives can see what's happening in the sales and customer care departments.

Attached is the design I came up with. I also designed a version with the white background for the abstract information at the top. Please hit next arrow to see the next slides.
