The main theme revolves around CLARITY, DEFERENCE and DEPTH.

Clarity
Throughout the application, text is legible at every size, icons are precise and not confussing,
adornments are subtle and appropriate, and a sharpened focus on functionality motivates the
design. Negative space, colour, fonts, graphics, and interface elements subtly highlight important
content and convey interactivity.

Deference
A crisp and beautiful interface helps students understand and interact with it. Minimal use of gradients and shadows keep the interface light and airy, while ensuring that content is paramount.

Depth
Distinct visual layers convey hierarchy, and facilitate understanding. I feel this is the most important
pointer since getting the focus of a student would be the biggest chalenge to resolve.
