Promotional Flier

This is a piece to show that there are more reasons to rent a hotel room from Lowell Center than just our regular promotions, such as weekend basketball games. It targets current guests of the hotel since it's primary location is the front desk and elevators.

I sketched out various layout combos, got approval from the marketing director and then added color, photos, and typography.
