responsive website for life drawing group

Friendly Cambridge Life Drawing Group needed some way to let the users know about upcoming events. Since it is non commercial non profit group, they didn't want to use commercial advert (ie Meetup). So the simple website was launched with a google calendar that group admins could update independently from the website admin.
Secondary goal of the website was to let know potential new users about the group and encourage them to join, so the simple About and Gallery page were introduced.

I was to design and launch the website, thus the structure had to be simple enough for me to HTML and CSS it. Important key was to keep It fast and obviously mobile and accessibility friendly.
