32N Baitquitos Lagoon Collab

A really fun collaboration with the Park Hyatt hotel in San Diego. The hotel overlooks the Batiquitos Lagoon and that's where the primary source of the inspiration came from. It's a wetland nature preserve with these beautiful Great Blue Herons that frequent the lagoon. The type I developed in a Spanish style was inspired by the name and origin of the region.

The Hotel is actually going to be donating a portion of the profits to the nature preserve as well. All the more reason to drink this beer.
