"Case Studies ESF Employability Pipeline" is a booklet showcasing the successes, the programme has had in gaining challenged individuals, meaningful employment. I am creating a series of illustrations to cover each individual. This is Case Study eight, which is about Steven who had been a persistent offender who had served prison sentences, who then with the help of ESF, addresses the underlying issues for his behaviour and then finds employment with a supermarket. In his testimony he says the most valuable thing he was taught by the ESF was working on his confidence, Social skills and self-esteem.
