Billing Overview - Alert notification

The purpose of this screen is to focus on the important information the user needs to see when they need an overview of their billing status for a particular product.

In this example, the account has had 3 outstanding amounts and has now gone into a 'bad debt' phase where the product/account is going to be terminated if they don't act quickly.

The design is fully responsive and I have kept the developers in mind when designing making it easy and simplistic for both the user and developer that will implement this screen.
