Part of 25+ member Digital Design and Architecture Group and working within a core 8 member Digital Design Experience Team to update and standardize user experience practices on Cigna.com, minisites and mobile products. Worked closely with team members to create an accessible component library, curated and managed Cigna.com image library, and partnered with usability research team to test updated website sections before phased release dates.

Created wireframes and prototypes with Axure and Sketch aligning new web and mobile product design to accessibility best practices (WCAG).
