Shoewear Logo Concept

Some early work I did for this streetwear client. We ultimately went with a different direction, but I thought I'd post some of the early concepts. I wanted to create something that invoked the sense of motion, while also used thick bold lines. The shapes combined form a D moving forward. I typically show work laid out like this so clients can really get a feel for how a logo is going to work in a bunch of different scenes, photos, textures, flat, and patterns.
