Inktober day 2: Tsujunkyo Bridge

Second day of Inktober brings us Tsujunkyo Bridge, in Kumamoto. It’s actually an aqueduct which supplied water to rice fields. Occasionally water is released from the bridge in order to remove sand and silt build-up, leading to water cascading from the middle of the bridge. Pretty neat!
