About the design:
About the above shown design, this was a big project announced by YAMAHA to launch their new product named KANDO. It was open for participants around the globe to send their designs. There were two things to create for this – Logo design and Illustration.

Job description: The new product named Kando, would be somehow related to Joy, Happiness,
Excitement, Fun, Inspiration, Success and Love or Attachment. The brand will offer combined services reacted to YAMAHA bikes and music. Need something that shows Japan is providing some gift as Kando to the world.

Design reading:
About Logo design, It's the combination of Music and Bike. It also give the feel of Independent Bird flying with Joy. The overall look of Logo is Smooth, Flying, Crazy and in way of Typography to look unique & remember able.

For illustration, I created an overall environment of everything that makes one feeling great. I introduce KANDO deeply by exploring it to different "Feels" named Joy, Happiness, Excitement, Fun, inspiration, Success and Love. I show everything enjoying on the sky, show Earth behind it and highlight Japan that is giving gift to the world as Kando.
