Advanced Filters (Susasan E - Citizen Charter)

Main Aim:

- Easy to use interface
- All the items to be clearly visible in screen, eliminating the need of scrolling through content.

Challenge:

- Tremendous amount of filter menu items
- Showing all the menu items clearly so that the
users wont have to guess the available options.

How we solved it:

- As the user clicks on dropdown, all the items would be listed in the dropdown menu so that the users wont have to scroll along the large menu options list.

- Use of checkbox: To let the users know that they can choose multiple options.

- Compact list which would be easily visible in small screens as well.

About the Project " Susasan E-citizen Charter"

The electronic citizen charter is a platform developed for the citizens to look at the services related to the municipality in a dashboard. The citizens will be able to know the details of services, procedures to receive services, charges associated as well as designated officials to provide them services.
