Building a site for a friend from his design. He's got no problem with pushing the technology forward so I get to use HTML5 and CSS3 goodies. Section, article, time (which I'm kinda excited to use), figure, and figcaption used here.

Now, from what I can tell, the spec currently calls for <legend> in the <figure> element, but that just gets stripped out. From some very brief research last night apparently the <legend> element is just fubar'd right now in its browser implementation. I also noticed on someone's blog (Remy Sharpe's maybe?) that figcaption had been added en lieu of it. I may just go back to using a <p>, but if anyone has any insight, that would be appreciated.
