THE BRIEF: Illustrate a cover for a blog titled ‘How to choose the right problem for service desk automation’ . . MY ROLE: Closely interacted with the content writer to analyse and understand the blog and the requirements and worked on illustrations which would help the Brand engage with their target audience. Designed an illustration which metaphorically explains choosing a problem, like in a crane-claw game.
