Job Title and Skill Assignment • UX Case

Hola amigos! These screens are the continuation of my previous posts that I've shared. I've already shown you the concept searching process and case with the definition of basic entities, using them into the product and their relations between each other. This post is about the concept user scenario for the Admin role and a couple of use cases that are necessary to finish the cycle of Career Path setup. The main important components are Job Titles (JT) that related to specific Job Family and Skill that lie in the base of the scenario I mentioned above. JT is an entity that could be assigned to the end-user and under the Renizant product, it should be equals to the bunch of skills because it is necessary to provide different types of assessments during product usage. One more important thing I need to mention is that skill as part of the current product always consists of levels to make assessments valid and comparable between intervals of time.
