Night/Day Slider Switch

I don't really like the slider switch the way most people make them. It's confusing! Usually, the on state is bright and says "on" so I want to click on it to turn the switch on when it actually does the opposite.

Anyway, here's a rebound. From ux point of view I like the labels above instead of within the track.
