Realtor Newsletter / Colorado Springs

One of my real estate clients wants to farm her neighborhood. This tri-fold print newsletter was challenging because it had to be designed in Microsoft Word, fold correctly, and be fully editable by my client. I designed several elements in Adobe Illustrator and dropped into the document, matching her brand colors of charcoal grey and sage green. She wanted something customizable that SHE can update each month as she sends out to nearly 700 people in her community.
