Realtor Newsletter / Colorado Springs

One of my real estate clients wants to farm her neighborhood. This print newsletter was challenging because it had to be designed in Microsoft Word. I designed several elements in Adobe Illustrator and dropped into the document, matching her brand colors of charcoal grey and sage green. She wanted a customizable Word Doc template that SHE can update each month as she sends out to nearly 700 people in her community.
