Empowering future leaders

Hi there!

This is the second time I had an opportunity to illustrate a text about leadership. This time, it was more about how to build the capacity for leadership in a team, how to recognize and empower future leaders and also: how to avoid some possible hurdles along the way.

Anyway, discovered some new ways to draw quicker as it is in my day-to-day work really important to iterate on ideas fast and present the outcome in short deadlines. I quite like this new findings!
