Protagonize - Story reading interface

Work-in-progress on my Protagonize redesign. Focus here is on the new, tighter, cleaner top navigation, and story headings/breadcrumbs.

Improving readability (particularly of content, but also of nav elements) and cleaning up the header area is the primary goal.
