YOGA
Finally had time to work on a personal illustration this week! (a bit too personal this time...)
Mental health is important. After the most stressful months filled with insane levels of anxiety, I’ve found comfort in yoga. I went through a period of insomnia that left me wide awake almost every night, begging for my brain to switch off. I’d heard that yoga could help so I've started going to a local class. Gradually, my stress and anxiety levels have drastically gone down and I feel like a better person. Truly it is a beautiful practice for modern life to nourish our nervous systems. We all need some #yoga
