FUTURE worked with Kissa Shima on Miyajima Island to re-energize their very unique honey lemon cake that is widely known on Miyajima. Our goal was to help them build a visual relationship between their pride for craft and making wonderfully great tasting sweets and breads that focus on handmade artisinal energy that exists in japanese bakeries which may be hard to see for foreigners who experience japan.
