GSP Queen Logo

A local editor called for help in developing a brand for their wordsmith business, so I jumped at the opportunity to create a unique logo design that speaks to their audience. They specifically asked for a monogram because of the name of the business, GSP Queen. With that in mind, I wanted to form a mark that tied the letters together with the idea of “royalty” to include the queenly part of the name. The end result was the letters GSP formed into the shape of a crown and a stately, customed typography to complement the new mark.

I also came up with a few taglines to further define the purpose of the business since the meaning of GSP isn’t common knowledge among most people. GSP stands for grammar, spelling, punctuation. Those who write for a living and those who are in writing and editing circles are the main demographic and will catch on quickly.
