GCIL Open Door Programme Disability

"Case Studies ESF Employability Pipeline" is a booklet showcasing the successes, the programme has had in gaining challenged individuals, meaningful employment. I am creating a series of illustrations to cover each individual. This is Case Study four, which is about Amy who has severe disabilities, who then with the help of ESF, finds employment with a Housing Association and is supported with Assistive Technology. She is then given further support by Marie who is also a disabled worker who has an inoperable brain tumor. Marie not only finds work through Amy, but also turns Amy's life around with her help.
