Alien Veins

I've been reading the blog DESK of Van Schneider since it originally launched. Just two days ago (as far as my knowledge goes) they published a tutorial with https://www.instagram.com/jonviodesign/ showing the possibilities of creating 3D objects in Photoshop and uploading to Dimension afterward to make a final artwork.

For me, 3D has always been a visual outcome I admired a lot. The problem though, was that my ideas required only high-end software — or as I thought so.

After the tutorial, I got very excited since it opens other creative possibilities for myself to explore futher. I tend to believe we're only as good as our hunger for curiosity.

I love designing album cover concepts. It feels like the classic square canvas is just the perfect excercise. I love concepts too because there's nobody to please, which is very liberating sometimes.
