Visual Flavor: Kviek Yeast IPA

Visual Flavor is the guiding principle of my branding efforts at Barebottle Brewing. I taste the beer and develop a palette of flavors. From there I go shopping for fruit, flowers, & other flavor components. The use of Kviek yeast, a farmhouse strain from the Scandanavian area produces perfumy orange & melon notes. With aromas of kumquat & spring oak blossom in the background.
