TSS House Logos
I was approached by the executives of House Council in my high school to design the logos to distinguish between each of the houses. I created this over a week after multiple iterations of the logos. Now, they are worn by over 1000 students in the form of pins and shirts, and will be withstanding symbols within my high school for many years to come.
Originally, I brainstormed the different symbols that would brand the house system as its own separate entity but still be integrated with the school. Thus, I came up with a tiger's paw, and universal symbols for each season which the houses are divided by (snowflake for winter, flower for fall, sun for summer, and leaf for fall).
The most challenging part was combining these to create a simple, recognizable, and aesthetic design that people would want to wear and brand themselves with. After user testing, I created the final designs pictured in the image above to the right. I also created mockups of what it would look like on shirts to match the theme.
