Mediport UI Mockups

Mediport is an app designed to centralize a user's medical information and processes, moving the upkeep in resources out of a medical facility's hands. It includes a portal version of the user's medical history, a quiz that can be used to create an initial medical diagnostic, access to an online medical professional, and a simple way to check in at a physical medical facility.

In this project, I created UI mockups of the app my colleague and I designed for our solution to the inefficiency of medical facilities. I used Sketch to create these designs.

This project was originally created as a submission for HOSA Canada's Medical Innovation competition and was a finalist across Canada.
