How New York is preparing against climate change

A recent illlustration, published on September on The Good Life magazine, for an article about how the city of New York is preparing against the effects of climate change. I seldom use a colour palette that's so somber, so this was fun for a change. I also included two references to Hokusai in it, an obvious one and a subtler one.
