Mood Journal

This journal grew out of the desire for creating a tool that would help people to practice self-care in a creative way.

This is a year long journal focused on keeping track of daily moods. Having a record can help to uncover patterns that affect your mood like food, activities, certain interactions, etc. Discovering these patterns only half of the equation however, through a series of prompts that encourage self-reflection the user can start to create a course of action for disrupting patterns or developing them. Basically, Mood Journal is designed to help users explore solutions, keep track of their effectiveness through this journal, and be overall more conscious of their mental health.
