Focus Group
The idea behind this logo is "3 heads are better than one", which is used to reflect the concept of team work, focus group, brainstorming, anything to do with dealing with groups of people that get together to achieve a common goal. The colors are there to give a sense of diversity that you might encounter in a setting like that. Of course this is merely my personal projection on this logo-mark, you might find it suited for something completely different and out-of the box.
