Reunion

This is a crop of an illustration I did regarding the immigration/border atrocities that are taking place right now. I was taken by a story about a child that was reunited with their parent after a number of months in detainment. The child was so young and confused; the parent devastated. I've been unable to process everything fully, other than just trying to depict emotion through illustration. I hope it speaks for itself.
