be yourself

Last weekend i painted a mural during a fashion show. The topic of the show was «female», so all murals were dedicated to this topic.
The message written in here is «it’s never too late to be yourself» in cyrillic. I think that there is a lot of pressure on woman in the modern society in a sense what roles we are supposed to play and we are rushing to be these ideal versions of ourselves, trying to manage brilliant careers, perfect look, meaningful relationships, families and lots of other things in the same time, so at the end of the day we lose connection with our core self and forget of who we really are…. I tried this painting technique for the first time, first i painted everything white, then i created all the letters on the wall using tape, after that i cover everything in black and then i took off all the tape the final image revealed.
