Giving the user the opportunity to filter his results can highly increase usability since the user can achieve his goal faster. for a lot of HR Managers it is really important to create screening questions helping them to target the right candidates. Based on this JOIN also needed this option within its job creation process – as a premium feature. With this feature companies can add different types of screening questions, customize them based on their needed information and select if they are required or optional.
