Daily Logo Challenge - Day 25 - Dark Room Studio

For day 25 I design a logo for a photography studio - Dark Room Studios.

I wanted to play with the concept of a camera obscura, a pinhole created in a dark room to reflect an upside-down image of what's outside on the far wall.

I went very abstract with this as I wanted the logomark to be useable on branding like business cards and websites as well as tell a very simple story about the business. The abstract look also helps to inform the photographer as unique, artistic and modern.

I used a simple sans serif to go with the clean lines of the logomark and not distract from the other parts of the logo.
