Color logo with background

Generation of the logo for the buildout of the personal brand.

The thought behind the logo design for myself is as follows:

My background is in computer / electrical engineering. I also have an affinity for design and working with users / social interaction. My career path has led me from telecom, to healthcare, and into the financial services arena, where over time I have evolved my engineering and problem solving background to work with people and design / tune solutions custom to the voice of the community, given my guidance.

The blank head represents a non descript persona (myself) that can be represented by one of many users, or skillsets (design, development, family person, recruiter, trainer, manager, etc).
The font choices were meant to mix a blend of creative elements, via the font used in my name, and technical / engineering elements, through the font used in my title. My latest career in the financial sector has swayed me towards a darker color palette in general, hence the darker colors with bright blue pop give the logo a clean and modern feel.
