Rei Ayanami - Portrait Study

Not much time for new works these days, bit at least portrait studies are faster to do.
In this portrait I tried to capture the dramatic personality of Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I felt like the standard smooth styles don‘t do her justice and that an impressionistic approach could work here.
