Flexport Design Team Principles

The design & research team at Flexport has grown a significant amount over the last year plus, and we felt it was a good time to revisit and (re)define the principles and values that we have as a team. We spent a fair amount of time debating, conversing, and defining those things that define us.

Principles are things we "enforce". They are used in our conversations, reviews, and justifications of the work we produce. They are tie breakers when we have competing ideas.
