Flexport Design Team Values

The design & research team at Flexport has grown a significant amount over the last year plus, and we felt it was a good time to revisit and (re)define the principles and values that we have as a team.

We spent a fair amount of time debating, conversing, and defining those things that define us. Values are what we see as right and wrong for the designs we produce, for both our internal users and external customers. It's about framing the culture that we want to foster on the product teams.
