Adding chat feature

The problem: Users of chat could only use desktop to respond, missing out out on chats with potential customers. We were not supporting the outside sales user who doesn't want to open up their laptop while in their car.

Hypothesis: There is a very good use case for adding chat to the mobile app with lots of mobile first chat solutions like whatsapp and facebook messenger, adding this would expand the user base and make the product more sticky.

Results: Without quoting any business numbers, from launch till now we are up to 30% of all WAUs who open a thread and on weekends that number rises to above 60%.

Future iterations: Lots more iterations to make, adding more expected features like internal comments, saved replies and leveraging the power of our other offered features.
