Roadside Assistance Mobile App Design

Roadside Assistance is an app which helps truck drivers to get help on the road in case of an emergency.

The Challenge was to design something intuitive and easy for the driver to input the problem. And the business model requirement was to get the payment upfront for the service.

So the app determines the cost of the service based on the problem statement. (Driver Input)

A Rescuer is assigned to you, then. Truck Driver can live track the Driver's location and can also see the ETA.

After the service is completed. The driver can rate the rescuer for the experience insurance.
