Hartford, Kentucky

Hartford, Kentucky was settled in 1790 and is surrounded by farms. It's the county seat of Ohio County and birthplace of Wyatt Earp's brothers James and Virgil and artist Charles Courtney Curran. The old courthouse (which no longer houses the actual court) was built in 1940 and is very deco/prairie. I always loved that building so I used that as my inspiration as well as the area's agrarian culture.
