NFL Niners Uniform Redesign

The San Francisco 49ers have a storied history of winning as a strong dynasty in the late 80’s and early 90’s. That nostalgia is a big reason why there have been no major updates to their uniforms in however long. With the great reference of the gold rush and mining culture, I thought it would be fun to buck the nostalgia and come up with a revamped look all my own.

A mirrored gold helmet with simplified “SF” logo, and gold foil detail on the shoulder and numbers recall the forty niners of the gold rush while providing a refreshed graphic element to the uniforms that take them out of the glory days of the early 90’s and modernize them for today’s team.
