NeoLiving | Real Estate and Lifestyle Magazine

A project completed during University - a magazine of both lifestyle and real estate.

This was a first for me, as I had never worked much with editorial design as well as the challenge of fitting so much information whilst retaining freedom and clarity.

The estate agent this concept was based for makes use of a branded red that is featured throughout, several pages were created as part of this project.

The name is derived from "neo" meaning, new or a revived form, and "living" as it is a lifestyle magazine and those who are moving to their first, or a new house will be making a revived change in their life.

Imagery used within the magazine design is royalty free and used to further convey the support and protection of the estate agents as people journey through their housing endeavours.

Another aspect I highly enjoyed within this project was the generation of calls to action, to inspire the readers to get in touch with the agency to initiate positive changes to their living.
