Sticker for My Hometown - Gainza
I grew up in this small town called Gainza in Camarines Sur, Philippines. I chose a rice plant in this illustration because it really represents the place. According to the local historians, the town was discovered as a small town on the center of the rice field area. And still today, lots of residents here were living as rice farmers and were living a pretty simple life. I have not experienced farming but I used to play on the rice field on the back of our house when I was young after the harvesting seasons :)
