Maze - An antidote for your class.

Maze is a platform with 5 min exercises for teachers to facilitate in their classes where they find a lack of motivation, low energy, and decreased attention span.
Over last year, my team and I were trying to address the problem of burnout in students for our capstone project. After our secondary research, we found out that young adults open their phones 150times, 11hrs on digital technologies
After running research with therapists, counselors, and students, we realized that the student does not know digital burnout. Only the symptoms like fogginess, sleepiness, eyestrain, etc. are visible to students. To overcome these burnout symptoms, they have built a coping mechanism like partying, sleeping, watching Netflix, etc. These coping mechanisms are either short term or have no impact.
